독특하고 멋진 공간 설계. 조용히 쉬기 좋으면서 중문에서 가까워 접근성도 좋음. 아담하면서 갖출 것은 다 갖춘 Gym.
조식이 가격에 비해 부실. 맛도 그저 그러함. 수영장이 너무 작아요.

overpriced villa for subpar service, very disappointing
Secluded, safe area
1. Staff doesn’t speak English, which is very surprising and disappointing for a 5* hotel. I had to wait half an hour for an answer only to find out that the staff couldn’t understand my question…… how frustrating. the least the hotel reception could do is to have a list of attractions available in Jeju Island for guests to visit as most guests would be asking this? very surprised they don’t have this sorted. 2. The ergonomic design is rather appalling. no curtain for the third bedroom which makes the guest feel rather uncomfortable as the villas from above could look in. towels were used to replace the curtain to provide some privacy but made the whole room very uncomfortable to live in. Plug points were not strategically placed either. 3. The villa was accidentally placed on do not disturb so we understand that the housekeeping didn’t clean our villa. When we called to get fresh towels, they only brought up the small ones….. also they told us to pay for the extra towels when we didn’t even complain about not getting any cleaning of the villa done 4. the tub on the rooftop wasn’t clean and a mask was found nearby Overall, a very disappointing stay especially for the steep price paid!
